EasyFix Motors
A car keys and coding workshop in Kent. From one plain page to a full site that shows the work and makes it easy to call.
Simple website

The story
EasyFix Motors cuts, programs and codes car keys, repairs car electronics and specialises in BMW, from a garage in Sittingbourne, Kent. The old website was a single page: a photo, a phone number and a list of services in capital letters. I rebuilt it as a simple website in the business's own navy blue and logo, with a page for each thing a customer looks for, online booking and an emergency call-out for lost keys.

What changed for the business
It says what they do
Each service has a card with a starting price, an icon and a line on what to bring, grouped into keys, coding and repairs, instead of one line of capital letters.
It is easy to call or book
A call button and quick links to book, call, WhatsApp and find the garage sit at the top of the pages, and the garage's online booking runs inside the site.
It shows the work
A gallery of real workshop photos: key programming, coding and control units on the bench.
It looks like them
The site is built around their own logo and navy blue, with the logo redrawn sharp from the original, and the booking system restyled to match.
Before and after
The home page of the old site and the new one, as a visitor first sees them.

After

The numbers
Google's Lighthouse test on the home page, before on the old Google Sites page and after on the new site on its own domain. Every figure is the middle of three runs, in October 2026. The phone test is Google's standard slowed-down phone; the quality checks are from the phone run.
